The room was clean and spacious, like a suite!! The restaurant on the 4th floor offers great variety of fresh options “Food and Fruits” the staff was fantastic except when I was first checking in as I arrived late at night and I had my girlfriend picking me up from the airport and coming to my room I was surprised that he “according to the policy” had to charge me another $32 for her to stay the night because she was not on the reservation. Also said that they would charge me every night she’s going to sleep over. That ruined my respect for the place. As I had no choice to pay or the alternative is to send her home. I told the front desk manager that I would write a damaging review but I didn’t because everything afterwards was great. The best thing having a Laundry Service 30 seconds away from the hotel where they can drop your laundry back off to your room on the same day. This alone made life easier as I travel light.

I was at the hotel for 6 nights for business purposes. Walking distance to Corferias - 12 minutes. Clean hotel, amazing reception staff, efficient and courteous. Large and spacious room, mattress a bit hard, not many food options nearby. Good value for money. Recommended for visitors to Corferias.

The hotel and rooms are clean, comfortable, nicely designed, and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the mattress and pillows could be much better. For those travelera planning to check in late at night and are arriving with their own vehicle and need parking, I would not recommend this hotel. That was my case. They do not have a parking bay in front of the hotel, and there is no one outside to provide assistance. You need to call the hotel for directions to the parking area, which is highly inconvenient, especially since it took me some time to find their phone number online and reach someone. Otherwise, you would have to leave your vehicle unattended on the street in the middle of the night while walking to the reception to ask for directions, which is highly undesirable and not recommended.
