"There was no staff when I arrived. I took an envelope w my last name on it from the front desk and followed to my room. There was no interaction with any human being so I had no clue what to expect. I even missed the free breakfast because there is no one to give any information. Room is great with a backdrop of the mountains and moon. I loved the aesthetics of the bedroom & bathroom. Very clean. Not sure Abe gym or pool."

"There was no one at the facility! I happened to run into an employee dropping by and he pointed me toward a room that had been prepared: there was no formal check-in or check-out at all! ROom was clean and well prepared. No food within a half hour drive (the restaurant advertised was closed)."

"A really charming bed and breakfast. Our room was lovely and comfortable, and the shared spaces like the parlor, breakfast nook, and coffee area were all cozy and inviting. Tanya, the owner and host, was warm and helpful, and the breakfast she made for us was delicious! The location is great, close to small historic towns and places to explore, and there is even a distillery nearby with live music which was a fun bonus. We had a great stay and would definitely come back."

"No front desk at the Overlook. Check-in is electronic. Managers were very responsive to a couple of issues that arose such as hot water issue, a very complicated shower and a smoke detector battery. Very convenient park at your door concept and room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was modern and nice. Our room was actually two rooms, each with a large bed, which was a surprise. "Clean rooms and basic amenities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and abundant. Breakfast is as basic as it gets and doesn’t offer any fresh fruit or a variety of pastries."

"I was grateful to the staff for a late 2am arrival, was able to get the keys with no staff on-site, got our room. Had a comfortable safe stay. The barrel sauna is great, the indoor pool was good, the continental breakfast was simple. Great coffee machine, convenient location. Overall, awesome stay.
