"My sheets had not been changed in room 534 we discovered it at midnight, so we took a blanket out of closet to lay on top of sheets we pulled back the covers and it was all wrinkled with some hair at the foot of bed "

"Check in was slower than usual because clerk had trouble finding my reservation. I'm not sure why. Rooms were clean and comfortable, although they were somewhat tiny. Breakfast was very good. The motel was very convenient to I-26 and retail shopping. I would consider staying there again the next time that I am in Spartanburg."

"This hotel is at the edge of the Westgate Mall. Within walking distance, you have many shopping options, movie, theaters, fantastic restaurants, and all the quick service food you would ever want. It is a travelers paradise."

"This hotel was quiet, clean as can be, staff was helpful, the little 24 snack "store' was so great to use at our late night check-in, the breakfast in the mornings had plenty of choices, and the bed in the room was very comfortable. Plenty of fast food choices around the hotel and easy access to the Interstate. Would stay again."

"Front desk/check in was excellent. We were given suggestions and directions for food and fun nearby. We could walk to the concert venue and feel safe. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed a late night snack at the bar onsite. Great choice for a girls night. "

"Clean , nice rooms, good location….used sofa bed as we had 3, it used a plastic mattress covering that made bed hot, noisy, uncomfortable. Front desk staff super, breakfast staff was inattentive to outages"

"It was great thw only low was we were there 3 nights and never had maid service. I had to go ask for towels and when I asked about trash i was handed 4 trashbags and told to leave my full bags in the hall. Then the morning we werw to check out they tried to come in 2 times before 9 to turn over the room. Checkout was 11am."
