"The entire stay was horrible. The hotel room smelled horrible - had to go to the store to get candles and air freshener. The breakfast was ridiculous. No choices and the couple of things they did have were stale and expired. Coffee was like tinted water. Ended up driving to Waffle House instead. The people in the room next to us partied all night as loud as they could and staff refused to do anything about it. Ended up checking out at 3am because we obviously weren't going to get any sleep and...

"Stay would’ve been OK except for they charged two different credit cards for our length of stay. Pretty much impossible to get a hold of the manager to help the situation since he is never there. We also checked out early due to sickness, I had to contact Expedia to see about reimbursement for one night. "The breakfast was very good, the lobby was Clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was where the hotel was located. The Hotel behind this one had people hanging out around the rooms, and the smell of smoke, and liquor was pretty strong. It looked like a hangout for Thugs."

"Took three different room tries to get us in a room. First room we were to be in was having an ozone treatment. Second room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Third room which we finally stayed in had a disconnected fire alarm and no nozzle on the water connector. I took a picture of this. Tara who was working the front desk was excellent in trying to help us. She said management was going to offer us a discount but haven't seen it come through yet. "

"The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. "The staff are really awesome at this hotel. Super friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond. I had booked 3 rooms and part of our group arrived before I did and we simply spoke to the front desk and they checked him in without having to put a hold on his card as they were happy to wait for my card once I arrived. We loved our stay here and the breakfast selection was amazing. "

At checkout in the staff did not want to check me in because they are not a pet friendly hotel.
