"First of all they wanted to copy my Drivers license which I polity said NO and because it was a third party booking they didn't copy my licence. When I asked for more towels they must of thought I was going to steal them, because I had to turn in you dirty ones before they would give me clean ones. I normally do stay in a Patels hotels but I had no choice this time, My lawyer said not to ever give them my licence to copy,,, EVER"

"Went for a softball tournament-terrible. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry all the coolers, bags etc up stairs at the end of the hall- and only one end because they were painting the other stairwell. Pool was closed down so team couldn’t use that. The one washer was broken so we couldn’t wash uniforms. Tiny fridge that didn’t cool and knob was missing- no freezer or microwave in the room. Food and drinks weren’t cold, so had to use coolers, then carry up and down steps. Had to ask...

"Very dissatisfied with my stay . Cleaning lady never came for my 7 day stay. I had to take out own trash and sweep my own room. Also you cant sleep at night due to all the non - guest traffic. Had someone rev there engine loudly for 30 min intervals on and off for 4 hours finally blowing up his car right outside my room. Shower didn't drain from the start . Overall will not go back"

It had a big warning sign on the office window that if you backed in to your parking space you would be towed! "I called prior to booking to ask if there was room for a pick up and 40' trailer to park and was informed that there was. upon arrival, there was not enough room to easily pull in and park the truck and trailer. The room was dirty and this is not an area to want to book in if you have children with you. To top it off, the receiver hitch on the truck was missing."
