"I walked in the hotel at 1pm knowing that check in was at 4pm. I just wanted to leave my bag at reception while I go shopping. She checked my reservation to confirm it and instead of taking my bag she upgraded my room, checked me in right away and told me the room was available now. Wow, what a great service. I forgot the name of the lady at the front desk but she was so friendly and funny. It's not the first time I choose this hotel and everytime I have a great experience. Location, service, personal experience. I love it"

"Guest service agent and Frank in the lounge were both super efficient and friendly. Shuttle service was a disappointment. Despite booking my trip to airport, there was no room on the shuttle for me. As a result the 30 minute delay until the next one cost me valuable time and forced me to race through the terminal to catch my flight"
