"I not only felt unsafe upon arriving as the riff-raff in the parking lot was concerning. I was on the second floor thankfully but had to squeeze by do to the smokers sat comfortably in the middle of the stairs. The room was smelling of stale cigarettes and every piece of furniture dirty, stained and dingy.
