There was free self parking available which made it easy to access the numerous parking spots around the property's secure parking lot .(We saw a security guard standing outside).
Coffee was available in the room and a mini fridge as well. AC worked just fine, and so did the heater. Facility is very strict with the check in and check out times , but that was just fine with us.
The staff was super friendly & welcoming. Anything we needed, they were really quick to take care of us. I would definitely be staying, again, any time I'm in Boise area.
While we miss having breakfast like so many places offered pre-covid, that was the only real drawback of this stay. The facility is dated, but the room was very nicely updated, with new furnishings and comfortable climate control. It was very clean and included two very comfortable beds and good TV options. The front desk staff was congenial and efficient. The facility is close to the highway, but that brings unavoidable noise issues as can be expected. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be glad to visit again when in the area.

Sleep great
The stay itself was very relaxing, the bed so comfy, if you like softer beds that pillow around you, but the shower was awful and shower curtain didn't keep water in shower so water got everywhere and the water didn't adjust well
Literally the most sketch motel i have ever stayed at next to Budget Inn. They never came to clean my room after making a big deal about needing to get it cleaned before i cold extend my stay. The front desk people were super kind tho.
Beds were fine and staff was cordial. Some towels were markedly dirty. Sheets felt clean, but comforter kind of didn’t. Shower and supplies were fine, but toilet barely flushed (with repeated use of a plunger—already supplied… so they probably knew about the issue). TVs had cable and worked, but stopped connecting to the internet about twenty minutes after we got there. Vending machines were limited but cheap-ish. We came, we slept… we paid very little. So, it was about what I expected.
Lotus by Hotel Inn, was very easy to locate by the Boise Airport,
room was very clean, parking was close, shops were close just up the street, staff very friendly,
Room was not clean. Bathtub had black soap scum inside and around the tub. Mold in spots. Under the sink not swept or cleaned in awhile. The shampoo and conditioner looked like it was left over from previous guests. We did not use shower or tub. Desks table dresser not wiped clean. Had crusty white stuff on them. The room had a rotten smell to it. Tv turned on but no video channels or sound. Coffee pot was in room but no supplies.
One plus was bedding and towels were clean. The bed was lumping and very malleable. Another plus had 3 locks on the door. Very noisy. Hotel is right next to freeway.
We left an hour into our stay and chose to drive over two hours in the dead of night instead of staying there. As a woman I felt immediately unsafe and wanted to leave. It was dirty and by far the worst hotel experience of my life.
A total slum, the cleaning staff wasn’t there often, sheets and towels were never switched out, even when I asked if we could switch them out. Was told the cleaning staff does that, and they will clean my room the next morning, which never happened even once in 7 days.
The rooms were filthy dirty tvs didn’t work the bathtub was broke in 1 room and the electrical outlet was open with no cover. The lady at the front desk was trying to help as much as she could but was limited due to management.
I have stayed in a lot of places, I travel monthly for work, and this was by far the worst experience. I was willing to let the dirtiness of the room go because it was parents week and the only place I could get a room. But with the rusty toilet paper racks, and rusty tissue holder, the moldy shower, the holes in the wall, the overall stench of smoke, and the door that had a gap big enough to see people through were pretty bad. Still, was just going to suck it all up and get out. Then came night 2. Where in the parking lot outside my window there was a group of men out in their car blaring music, drinking and shouting at someone (or random people) staying in the room. This woke me up at night. I reached for the phone to call the lobby to see if anything could be done. But wait, there is no phone! So now we have a safety issue. Despite your key holders saying 'press zero to reach lobby' there is nothing to press zero on. So at 11:30pm I walked to the lobby, but someone was checking in, and the computer wasn't working so I never got to talk to the lady behind the counter. So I went back to my room and just put my AirPods in to drown out the outside noise. I had just gotten back to sleep, when suddenly my door was opened. Luckily I had the 'chain' on it. Because the man that was just checking in was given a key that opened my door! So I will not ignore the overall grossness of the hotel now. Luckily this man apologized for being in the wrong room. But what if he didn't?
