"I booked this hotel stay on Expedia the day of the reservation and accidentally booked two rooms. When I went to check in the front desk told me I had two rooms and I asked if I could cancel one which they told me I had to go through Expedia. When Expedia contacted them they told me that they would not give me a refund for the one room. Horrible customer service!!"
