Red Lion Hotel Boise Downtowner
First room we were assigned had not been cleaned. Front desk said they cleaning staff was understaffed. Hallway carpets were in tatters plus piles of dirty laundry lined hallways (on that tattered carpet) *throughout* the building. Exterior sliding glass door in our room did not lock.

Cabana Inn
Not well-maintained properly, smell of mold in the room, someone was pounding on my door at 10:30pm, then 11 pm and 11:30 pm. Didn’t feel safe with people loitering outside.

Unfortunately, there was a mild odor in my room... thinking diaper smell. I asked for some deodorizer and no one was able to help me. I suppose I could have asked to change rooms so thats on me. I stay here at least once a year to visit my son at college. Breakfast didn't seem as good this year. ...

Layover Inn Boise Airport
Our room was clean, it did have an odd smell we couldn’t get rid of no matter what we tried. Other than that the stay was amazing! The clerk up front was super sweet and helpful
