"No Air conditioning! Bar under with loud party all night long. Windows open for air. You book this room only if you want to party. Otherwise you will be kept up all night long. 90 degrees outside and hotter inside do to restaurant ovens directly under room. It was the worst experience. Jet lag turned into nightmare 😫"

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Booked expecting a fairly hassle free process to book only to be asked for a photo of my passport, bank card details, home address and more (ajority of which was NOT needed) Anyway arrived to find someone parked in my reserved space in what was essentially a public car park but not the end of the world, however once i stepped through the door thats where the problem came. "I have not received the code to get into the room, I sent a couple of texts and no reply, so rang but he spoke so fast I could not catch what he was saying but eventually got in. The was ok but when you go to the fridge the floor caved in it was the carpet stoping you from causing you harm"

"No door key as all digital, had to use phone which is ok but only gives access to 1 person. Shower temperature was luke warm at it's hottest, shower gel dispenser didn't work. Also the air-conditioning didn't work, had to use the fan instead. Room was noisy due to the adjacent pub."
