"The room is dirty and the water of bath contained a lot of sands and dust. Temperature of water was not be able to be controled (I had to wash my face and tooth with very hot water I can't touch). When I check out, a receptionist and manager requested paying accomodation fee to me. I explained I have paid through Hotels.com with the payment receipt, and a receptionist confirmed when I checked in, they just repeatedly insisted they didn't receive any resevation and payment.
