Room, refregarator and Tv were plugged in a double outlet, however only the bottom part of the outlet worked, so I had to alternate plugging TV or refregerator. Hot water was not working for some time of my stay

Stayed 6 days, room was never serviced except to get trash. Was denied clean towels on 3 separate occasions because they were “out”. Got towels ONCE in my entire stay. Mattress is memory foam is sinks terribly in the middle so it’s the only area you can sleep on it. And the AC is not temperature ...
