"Les Crêtes Blanches is an old, dirty and uncomfortable family run hotel. It claims to offer a savoyard family home experience but to deliver that it needs a major renovation of the entire building and an serious upgrade on bedding and bathroom standards. At 400€/night, it is way below market standards of cleanliness and comfort. It's a good example of an establishment taking advantage of high demand to charge whatever they feel. It isn't worth more than 150€/night, and I'm being generous. And...

"Pros: 1. 10 Steps from the bakery ( very easy breakfast ) 2. 5 Steps to the grocery store - The food in the village gets a bit old due to lack of variety. Grocery trip was essential. 3. Very easy to park (we booked one week with one park parking garage under Arc 1950. They had our name on a list and told us what level to park on. "Expérience décevante rien à voir avec les photos du site, spa fermé non renseigné sur le site, aucune personne à l’accueil. Nous étions les seuls clients de l’établissement. Pas pu avoir de renseignements sur les infos de l’hébergement et l’appartement était très sale et peu accueillant. "

"The room was lovely, looked bigger in pictures but was perfectly fine. Comfortable bed and pillows, the spa was great with the ice room relieving aches after a days skiing. Breakfast was really accommodating for a gluten free intolerance and the staff were extremely helpful. Would recommend staying! "
