Priset och närheten till mässan i Bologna var det bästa. Sämsta var att engelskan på ägaren var nästan obefintlig. Och att information om turistskatten i Italien gjorde det något dyrare än vad som annonserades.

Nie warto wybierac tego miejsca jeżeli przyjeżdzacie do Bolonii po godzinie 20. Nikt nie będzie na was czekał z kluczami i będziecie musieli sobie poszukac innego lokum. Pokój czysty z przestronną łazienką. Dodatkowo woda, kawa, herbata gratis. Do starego miasta jakieś 40 minut piechotą, do dworca 20. W pobliżu sklep, piekarnia, więc można szybko zjeść sniadanie i w miasto.

Clean and peaceful

Le Stanze is a nice, clean and peaceful place to stay. I was there for 4 nights with my two friends. We chose superior room which was clean, nice looking and comfortable. The check-in went without problems. The owner is a kind and helpful man. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast but there is free coffe and tea which was a nice surprise for us. The area is peaceful, about 15-20 minutes far from the railway station (walking). I really recomend it!

Des très bonnes conditions dans la chambre, gentiesse a l'accueil, mais le fait de ne pas pouvoir avoir les clés après 20h dans la proximité d'une zone de salons internationaux est très gênant.

Personale cordiale e immediatamente disponibile seppur non in sede (è un affittacamere). Ambiente tranquillo e pulito, il wifi è gratuito, mentre se si vuole posteggiare devi chiederlo prima ci sono solo tre posti ed è extra (10 euro). Non è prevista la colazione, ma nell'ingresso ci sono dei distributori automatici (anche economici acqua a 50 centesimi così come il caffè). Ottima la pulizia e nel bagno c'è un box doccia enorme

La sistemazione è adatta se si viaggia in più persone se si cerca un posto pulito e ben tenuto vicino alla fiera. ottima posizione pulizia impeccabile. Perfetto per soggiorni di una notte. Sfortunatamente, NON e un BB e nemmeno un HOTEL, io non avevo capito perché mi pare non sia esplicitato bene sul sito , per chi come me viaggia per affari e trascura i dettagli quando prenota sappia che la pulizia stanze non e giornaliera , quindi si arriva in camera e il letto è da rifare e gli asciugamani umidi. Fastidioso. Check in poco flessibile, ma gentilezza assicurata. nel complesso buono

Stayed for a conference and it was the perfect choice. I got a bit confused because it said check-in was from 3pm - 8pm, and then it also said to get in contact with the hotel to arrange check-in (which I hadn't because I hadn't scrolled that far in the confirmation email). I arrived at 3 pm and the hotel was not staffed, so I double checked my confirmation email, called the number and was assured someone could be there in an hour - which they were! Apart from the delay in check-in everything else was nice, comfortable and clean. Would book again!
