It was a big surprise, in a positive way. The room, the sunny outdoor pool with umbrellas and the bar with outdoor sitting is excellent. The pool closes at 19:30, and the restaurant opens at 19:30. We had a very tasty dinner at the restaurant, I recommend it. It was our last stop in Italy before flying off from Bologna airport. I definitely recommend this hotel, it was much better than expected. It is in a location where you need a car and parking is free, public transportation is difficult.

We were dissapointed that the pool was closed as out of season & the restaurant was closed on the friday and Saturday evenings during our stay , this was not mentioned anywhere when booking. Nor informed after the fact. We stayed at this hotel last year and were impressed with everything, especially the restaurant so this was our main reason of choosing this venue for our stay again. This time we stayed, the room we were allocated faced the carpark so it was louder at night due to other events going on at the hotel. The AC in the room was also not as good as our last stay as it hadnt been updated. Overall staff were great. Dinner (when available) was superb. Sleep was disturbed on friday and saturday evenings though due to other guests being noisy when leaving in the car park.

Located in an commercial area close to the fair. Works on the main road causes traffic jam in the moment. Rooms large and clean, but influence of humidity can be watched in the bathroom.

Very clean and comfortable room. Front desk staff were friendly and fast at check in and check out. Had an excellent dinner in the restaurant. Be aware that the hotel is a 15 minute walk from the nearest bus stop, and with the current construction on the roads in between, this walk is over uneven terrain that will be challenging with heavy bags. So, highly recommended but caveat emptor if you're not arriving by car.

Nice hotel but definitely not 4*. - Room is beaten up and needs to be refreshed: carpet is stained and bedding is very thin. Not very comfortable. AC was not functioning so the room was unbearably hot (although it wasn't even that hot outside) Bare minimum of toiletries (hand soap and shower gel/shampoo only) Restaurant : - Breakfast has a large selection although everything is quite bland We did have dinner there the last night by lack of other choices in the area and were absolutely surprised by the quality of dinner. Very different than breakfast. Portions were unexpectedly big and everything was very tasty and fresh. (Pork belly was delicious) Staff is mostly very friendly Easy to park Pool looked nice but we didn't try it Convenient drive to the airport and not too far from city center, but you need to have a car to move around - we didn't use the fitness center but it was tiny

We booked for 4 days family of 3 . We were given 2 single beds and a sofabed.however we booked a double bed and a single bed . Even though we were 3 adults we onky were given for 2 people towels and bath services everyday for 4 days and we kept have to ask everyday for an extra towel bought our own bath products.

Great hotel that is well connected to Bologna Fiere but very difficult to move to city center. If Bologna Fiere entrance north is open, you can walk about 15 mins to get there. If not, you should take a cab which doesn't make any sense.
