"Expected more from a brand name hotel. Bad: There was peeling paint and mold in the bathroom shower, the soaps smelled very strange, carpets were buckled in hallways. Outdoors had no place to sit, except for wood picnic benches and tables in terrible condition. Good: salt water pool was warm and breakfast was good."

"I stayed one night in a non-smoking room. I am very sensitive to secondhand smoke and odors associated with. The room was indeed free from odors. The bed very comfortable.
Was surprised it actually had an iron and ironing board, fridge with even a decent freezer and small microwave. Also a hair dryer, but no facial tissues.
Had a TV for streaming and I couldn't get any programs. The men at the front desk were very courteous.
I booked this at the last minute and had a good stay overall"

"I will say the staff was incredibly kind however, everything about the room was extremely uncomfortable. It smelled horribly, the bed was probably the worst bed I'd ever slept in. The springs were broken and hard as a rock. The shower curtain was moldy and the entrance door handle was broken. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights and I barely made it the first night. I woke up at 5am packed up and left. I didn't even ask for a refund I just needed to get out of there. I think I paid $100/night and...

"Pros: short ride from downtown, clean towels and bedsheets, pleasant check in staff.
Cons: breakfast was close to non-existent, the area was not maintained, was dirty, not filled, didn't even have knives to spread butter with. Room was outdated, dusty, the black out curtains weren't closing all the way. Hotel is located next to a cannabis place and the smell is all over the hotel"
