"The two bed side lamps and USB charging ports were all not working. I had to crawl around under a table to find a place to plug my phone in to charge. There was a dispenser next to the sink which I would have thought would have soap. Instead it was labeled moisturizer. It didn’t matter as it was totally empty. The woman who checked me in was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with."

"In all everything was good except the breakfast, it tasted so bland and not flavorful, but the bed was cozy, I slept like a baby."

"What happed to Customer service? It certainly left this MainStay Hotel. Absolutely no communication with two of the associates behind the counter. Left the next day, and there was no recognition that we were even there. We don’t generally have any things from the morning breakfast table except coffee and fruit. There was no coffee, oranges the size of a marble. The yogurt was a 2 oz thimble, and the balance of products was nothing that we have ever seen! Just Plain Sad."

"I liked the mobile shade on the window but it didn’t function properly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Location was good as well as nearby restaurants. The shower floor looked dirty with some brown marks. Shower entrance caused floor to get wet and could be slippery for some handicapped people getting out. Overall the accommodations and service by personnel was very good."

"It was below decent it’s just that the hotel smells a lot like smoke and you inhale a lot of that and the beds are pretty hard and you wake up with back pain plus there is no pool it’s empty and green like they don’t maintain it"
