Had a nice spacious bed, the water pressure was nice, and even though it felt like I was walking through a scene from the shining being a little creepy it was nice

The air conditioning was horrible wasn't properly conditioning the room stayed hot. The breakfast was horrible and no coffee. You could here the next guest through the hotel Walls HORRIBLE

I was giving a room where it looks like the cleaning staff forgot to clean the bathroom. The tub had standing water and hair all on the soap dish as well in the sink. The toilet had dirt or something all in it floating. The only thing that was made up was the beds. The desk that was in the room had white particles from food or whatever on it. The hotel overall looks really old and rundown. I will not stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here until they clean it up.

One when I first got there the room smelt like ppl smoking & mildew the inside of this hotel looks like the strip of bmore & breakfast wasn’t even hot pancakes over cooked cantainers store brought juice you pour not safe anybody can drop something inside the containers where’s the dispensers juice box at? This place needs to be shut down all they worry about is money .. pls up grade your breakfast area much safer too I won’t be bck ..this place is a 2 for me you lucky you got a rating..

The place is so dirty and smells, I had to stay for 5 nights with my family,breakfast was terrible.

The lobby makes the hotel look way better than it is cuz after that u have to walk doen a dirty musty hallway that smells like mold passing broken exit doors only one of the 3 elevators work and they had bats in the stairwell

It was not well maintained at all. The toilets were completely stained and disgusting. The shower tub was stained, shower curtain moldy, the tub faucet was almost off the wall causing little to no pressure. The door to the room required it to be kicked shut to close. Stains on the curtains and dirty carpet. I was appalled. But everyone was very nice. Beds were alright.

Pat at the front desk was friendly and the room was decent. But!!!! The ice machines didn’t work: there was a glass door with a gun shot through it; there was trash piled up in the hallways; the door to outside did not close properly…anyone could get in!! And lastly the water was brown!!! Disgusting!!!! I would not recommend staying there! If there is a way to get a refund I would gladly take it!!!

The room was dirty. Spiders dead and stuck to wall and ceiling. Room and hallways dark and dingy. Bathroom door in room did not close. The glass on side doors to property were smashed and boarded up with caution tape and chair placed in front so no one would use them. We were in town for a concert and had no other options for hotel as everything was sold out months in advance so we were forced to pay an astronomical price for the condition and lack of cleanliness of this hotel. Never again!
