"We had the best stay! My mum and I came for a few days and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the service was exceptional. The staff are very attentive and will go above and beyond for you! The dining, the rooms, the restaurants - we could not fault a thing. "As I walked in maybe 9 or more staff members were at the front checkin area talking between themselves . I walked in maybe q0 to q5 seconds after I had to ask in a loud voice where is check in and all of a sudden all 9 or 12 of them sprung into action. "Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde zweimal am Tag gereinigt, für Mumbai ist das sehr auffällig. Das Personal war immer ansprechbar, sehr hilfsbereit, und auch sehr freundlich.
