"Highs and lows! Staff was great. However, feels like because we were an Expedia reservation, we got the run-down part of the property when it was nearly empty. Pros: Amazing location. "Wow.....this boutique hotel was in the perfect location to walk to everything in Vail Village. Can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else. Breakfast was simple but perfect and coffee, tea, hot cocoa and water available 24/7 was an added bonus. All staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful at all times. We loved our stay here and definitely want to stay again as this was our first time traveling to Vail! What an amazing find."
