"The room was hot and damp. It took 3 asks at the front desk for them to turn on the AC and even when they did the coolest the room could get was 19 C. Then fan did not blow well.
Hotel room was very basic and while very well located, it was over priced."

"The property was as described. Really enjoyed the common sitting area at the reception area. Close and easy walk from the train station and the town tour buses. The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay here on a return trip to Edinburgh."

"Incredibly tiny room, would be okay for one but two was a bit much. Thank goodness we were only here one night, very handy to the royal mile, waverly station, eateries and pubs. No typical extras here like tea or a second towel and the fan did not work. Best for solo travellers only."
