"Excellent front desk staff. Well trained in customer service skills. All of the staff were warm and friendly and knowledgeable about things to do in the area."

"Well the hotel staff was very nice form the cleaning , maintenance , front desk BUT this property is definitely under staffed in my opinion. The room cleanliness was not up to par. The floors were dingy and the sofa in the room had stuff on it. The elevator had food on the floor for two days etc. The gym was not well maintained the machines were sticky so every day I went in and personal cleaned what I needed. But you could tell they don’t clean in there. The breakfast was basically the same...

"fridge stopped working the first day in and the microwave too and the door to the bathroom wouldn't close lol and when u put the beat on for the ac/heater it smelt super burnt and their was no waring for it."
