"The hotel was convenient for the main station & it was easy to walk to Munich attractions. The staff were friendly & tried to be helpful, but were (in my opinion) hindered by hotel facilities, e.g. I asked to borrow an iron. I was directed to the ‘service room’ (I can’t remember the exact term) but no iron! When I told reception they said this often happens - guests take it to their rooms! I never did get to iron my dress!"

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr schick eingerichtet und es gibt alles was man für einen kurzaufenthalt benötigt. Alles hoch modern. Sehr gut fanden wir das die Räume klimatisiert sind, wir waren im August bei 34 grad da und waren sehr froh über die klimatisierten Räume.
Das Personal spricht nir Englisch, das war für uns kein Problem, sollte man aber wissen.
Negativ fanden wir das die Gänge und auch der Aufzug etwas verdreckt von Gästen waren.
Es gibt bei einen Aufenthalt von länger als 7 Tagen auch...

"Hallo, das Hotel, sowie das Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Buffet am Morgen reichhaltig. Ich musste beim Einchecken zusätzlich für einen Parkplatz bezahlen, das war als einziges unangenehm und hat mich überrascht.. war sonst she zufrieden und würde aber wieder buchen."
