"This room was not as advertised on Expedia. The pictures and text for this hotel say that there is daily housekeeping. No one ever came during our two-day stay. We asked for fresh towels, they never brought them. Pictures showed many safety grab rails in the shower. There were none. There also is no shelf or rack to put the bath towels on. You have to get out of the shower dripping wet and cross the room to the sink, where they are stacked below. We used their shuttle from the airport(SeaTac)...

"We flew into Seattle after a 10 hr flight and no sleep. I called the front desk and asked for a pick up at about 8pm, they said someone would be at 3B in 15-20 minutes. After watching admittedly for 35 mins my husband called and they said he came and left a couple times due to he also picks up for other hotels. He asked if the van said "Quality inn" and they informed us then that it's a plain silver van, which we never saw either. He called again two more times and finally after over an hour...

"The room was very clean, ready super early, and breakfast was great with a good variety. They also have free airport pick-up or drop off and had a very affordable transportation available to go to the port terminal."

"Very comfortable airport hotel. I have never stayed at La Quinta before, but I would definitely search them out based on this stay. Very nicely appointed, comfortable room at a good price point. Room had a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Nice king bed with a sitting area - sitting area was a loveseat with an ottoman and end table. Would even be a comfortable room for stays of more than a couple of days."

"There was a bed and a shuttle (that only works between specific hours) which was great. The property itself was old, outdated, and dirty. Carpets were stained, bunched, and ripped. The shower drain and AC didn’t work. There was a weird smell and no information provided for WiFi. Shuttle staff was nice and the breakfast was good for a typical quick grab. Suitable for one night if you’re just sleeping, anything more I would pass."
