"There were ants covering the microwave when we checked in, we discovered bed bugs in our room and were solely offered new bed sheets despite bed bugs being an issue with the mattress. We ended up leaving only 7 hours after being checked in and having to pay for a whole other hotel due to the lack of cleanliness of this location. "

"The check in staff/ check out staff when I checked in was personable and friendly. The overall building was presentable and clean unfortunately The room was a little rough the counters and night stands didn’t look like they had been wiped down in quite some time there was quite a bit of dust but overall my experience was not terrible.. just a little more TLC in the actual room specifically the night stands and high touch surfaces would be HUGE! "

It’s not the staff’s fault. Clearly, this is a decision made by upper management. Bland eggs, low quality sausage or whatever meats served. Luke warm, bland potatoes. Coffee, “meh”. Corporations, please step it up a level or three. "
