"The air conditioner (window shaker style) was so loud I had to sleep with a pillow over my head and my wife had to sleep with her noise canceling headphones on. Not a very relaxing stay!"

"Clean rooms and comfy bed! The staff was friendly and Serenity was extremely efficient and helpful! The hotel itself is in a great location that’s safe and with lots of walkable places to eat, mingle, and be active. The decor in the hotel was beautiful! The bar area was comfy too! We didn’t use the pool but it was nicely set up and decorated with bold bright colors! The coffee was available without charge but it wasn’t that good. "

"We had a wonderful stay during our weekend in Dallas. The hotel was clean, modern and very conveniently located. The pool and gym were great amenities. It was smart to have the shower knob near the entrance, so you don’t get hit with cold water. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. We would recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again in the future. "

"This is not my first time staying here in in the past it’s been fine but I’m not sure if it’s under new management or what but the place have definitely went down over the years I booked a 2 queen bed room 2 days ago when my husband came to check us yesterday the refrigerator wasn’t working and it smelled liked spoiled food in the room also someone took the tv. He went to inform the front desk and was told to give a couple hours for them to repair it or they would switch our room hours went by...

"We had to move rooms because the burner didn’t work and microwave didn’t work. Shower was closed so tightly I couldn’t open the water. Sticky floors. Loud bathroom air filter. Low cost bedding (not cotton). No community room. No kitchen items need to buy yourself (go to the dollar store or target discount). The thing that made me leave early was the poor WiFi even after “upgrading” it was still horrible!!! Just stupid back and forth blaming the other party and couldn’t not issue a refund....

"Honestly, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. In terms of cleanliness, it is absolutely disgusting; there are cockroaches everywhere in the room. I don't know where the city authorities are—how do they allow this establishment to continue operating? It is a serious health hazard. Trash is strewn all over the hotel premises, and the floors in the hallways are filthy and repulsive. This hotel must be shut down immediately to prevent the spread of disease."

"I would like to see 2-ply tissues, toilet paper, and napkins. I did like the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in large containers in the shower."
