"Suite was great other than the floors are hard tile and every noise you make can be heard by neighbors. Wouldn’t bring our children if we stayed here again. Gina was nice and helpful. Bring a fan in the hotter months. Pool was nice and clean."

"We only saw a staff member to get change for laundry then we e ded up with a machine that didn't spin so we had to transfet the sopping clothes to a other washer.The guy upstairs with 3 dogs made loud noise day and night. The towels were used a week because you never see anyone"

"If you're staying in Branson, this is such a great little hotel!!! Such a unique area. Incredible staff, very clean and the pool was GREAT!!! The staff was VERY friendly and had such incredible advice as to where to go, what to do, and great eats!!! The hotel was super peaceful, quiet and safe. We loved having a private entry to our room, and not having to disrupt other's on our late night excursions. AC worked great and the Jacuzzi in our room was rather large. Incredibly comfortable...

"Staff was very unresponsive and very unprofessional did the absolute bare minimum in regards to check-in process extremely antisocial when approached by anyone other than their own staff members as well as seems like nobody was properly trained. The continental breakfast was more or less a joke, gravy and biscuits juices that are diluted that probably haven’t been cleaned out of the machines as well as random people off the street, seemingly walking in looking homeless. "My husband and I have stayed here often when we come to Harrison. The price is very reasonable and the staff at the front desk is always wonderful and very accomodating. They are very friendly."

"So we checked in and found out after dinner that the pool was closed for the season. On Memorial Day weekend they close pool. A/C did not keep up through the night. Ended up going to a different hotel."

"Pool was broke half way through our stay, several issues with the room including minor damage, and lack of cleanliness. Shower was clogged up so would not drain all the way. Breakfast was great, besides the lack of fruit. Staff was very nice."
