"Asked for an extra pillow... refused. Never in my life have I even heard of a hotel refusing an extra pillow. The girl who checked me in was delightful and accomodating. But, sadly, it wasn't her when I needed the pillow."

"Clean hotel in Hot Springs. There are not many options for breakfast, and on weekends it is only until 9 am, but the staff is very helpful and allowed my daughter some cereal after 9 am."

"Scary.... dont book it's sketchy. I checked in early for an extra 20 bucks and she was helpful for that. Got in the back to my room I was scared of the environment and im from Detroit! Might be cool but I got in the shower changed and we left for another hotel. I didnt say nothing.... just leave."

"We liked the quaintness of our little cottage. We loved how they remodeled the property with retro themes. The housekeeper was nice and helpful. It's a check yourself in property, so not much chance for staff interaction. No one besides the housekeeper was on site. But, the owner was accessible through text and responsive. The dog park and dog waste container next to the cottages brought A TON of flies everytime we opened the door. Will recommend that you move it to the back corner of the dog...

"Bring extra towels"

"Very nice property about 20 miles east of Little Rock, AR. Walking distance to a nice restaurant. Something I didn’t notice when booking and we don’t care for is it has outdoor entrances to the rooms."
