Motel di Arkansas

"This was our favorite stay on a 13-night cross-country trip. It was clean, nviting and comfortable with an excellent view of the lake. Keyless entry was quick and easy. We'd like to make it a destination stay in the future."

"The service was very kind, especially because I got in after hours, but the room left something to be desired. The main concern was a few spider webs with daddy long-legs and some general wear and tear in the room. The jacuzzi tub worked though!"

"Room was exactly as depicted. Clean, smelled fresh, bed was very comfortable! Despite being on a major roadway and it was a busy holiday weekend, the other tenants were quiet, road noise was minimal. The parking lot is a bit cramped but it’s a smaller lodge so to be expected. The staff were so considerate and helpful. Their recommendation for the Thai place around the corner was spot on. Delicious! Would definitely recommend The Lodge as a reasonably priced comfortable place to spend the...

"Check in was odd. No one was available so had to call and got texted the room # and door code. Small issue with curtains off track, but got corrected quickly. The room was clean and nicely renovated. Outside doesn't give the same nice vibe. Quiet at night. The bed is the foam kind, so feels like sink into hole. Not to my liking, but others may like that style of bed. Overall satisfied with the stay."

"A hidden gem of Hot Springs! It was such a fantastic spot for our family, it felt like we were staying in our own private cottage. Perfect distance to down town and all of the recommendations from the property were laminated and in a binder for us to flip through from food choices to hikes. They really did think of everything here and we will recommend this spot to anyone else who is looking to visit Hot Springs!"

"While the exterior looks fine at first glance, our two-night stay was ruined by poor maintenance, poor cleanliness, and front desk errors. Inside the room, the comforter and sheets had dark brown streaks and stains. The carpet felt dirty and had visible runs. The exterior door wasn’t sealed properly, letting sunlight—and potentially pests—in around the edges. In the bathroom, mold in the shower had simply been painted over and was already bleeding back through, and the rusted bathtub drain...

"All fine"

"Roaches in the room. Half of the lights didn't work. Took photos of the roaches and showed them the the front desk and manager and subsequently asked for a refund. They refused the refund because they said the room had been used. We walked in, sat bags on the bed, saw roaches, grabbed our bags and left."
