"Great weekend trip. We have stayed here every time we come to Eureka Springs. The elevator was on the fritz while were there. We had 2 people in our party that cannot do stairs, the front desk went above and beyond to get a room on the entry level. Great custom service"

"Very quirky, cool, old style motel...very Eureka Springs. The staff was great, the bar was fun and had great food. The rooms would be much better if they didn't have carpet in them, it made the rooms a little musty Overall I would stay there again."

"We were on bikes and the staff was very hospitable offering rags to wipe our bikes down when we needed them or just anything we needed a bike parking area for them would be a huge improvement there weee several places to eat within walking distance "

"Wonderful stay for our 50th anniversary. Met up with our kids and grandkids. Plenty of activities for all ages. Shuttle service is great as everything is downhill from the hotel."

"My boyfriend and I had the most amazing and peaceful two night stay. The view from our room was breathtaking. The dock had so many activities to choose from and we had it to ourselves almost the entire time. From the robes, the grill, the bath tub, the movies you can rent from the office, this place had it all. I really appreciated their attention to detail. They had feminine hygiene products in the bathroom and a guide to the entire suite on an iPad that answered any possible questions one might have. The individual working the front desk was also so incredibly kind. 10/10 would stay here again :)"
