"Hotel is pretty much as advertised. Reasonably priced for an expensive city and had free parking and helpful staff. Decor is a bit outdated (room definitely could have done with a new mattress) and generally needs a lick of paint. Big complaint would be the AC in our room - it was easily in the 90s during our stay and the AC was making the situation worse. My other half was unable to sleep and had to take a 3am shower! She had to wet a washcloth with cold water and put it on her forehead to be...

"This is a gem of a property that is reasonably priced, has the Key West charm, nice pool area, and amazing staff! I can't say enough about Trent and Greg up front as well as the wonderful lady in charge of the breakfast (I'm so sorry I didn't get her name but she was absolutely the sweetest!). Highly recommend!"

"This was such a peaceful afternoon and evening . Tge gardens are delightful and offer such quietness to the property. The room 22 was absolutely perfect, it couldn’t have been more inviting. We loved the room. The staff went beyond being helpful. I wish I’d have brought a bathing suit , I would have liked the mineral springs . Next time . Absolute wonderful !"
