"It’s gone down hill since the last time we stayed"

"Check in was good the front desk was able to help me get two rooms for my family from California. Check out was a breeze, the room was well maintained and clean. The shower was an issue in between the tiles had black dirt. But that is a easy fix, overall"

"Had a security issue with the pool staff being very intimidating to my family. The hotel did assist me in rebooking at a near by hotel."
