"What we thought was a room upgrade (corner room with spectacular beach views) during daylight hours turned into a nightmare for sleeping as the constant noise from the partiers and motorcycles/low riders late into the night - even on a Wednesday- made for one of the worst night’s sleep ever. Not sure why they didn’t give us the room we reserved since each one is different and we got a double instead of a king"

"We had a wonderful day at Gettysburg. When we got to the property, our room was very warm. The air conditioning did not work at all. The Internet did not work. There was no television. We did turn it into the owner. Who sent somebody at 8:45 PM. They weren’t able to fix it or the Internet in the other rooms. The entire house had an issue with Internet and TV. The person who came stated that we would get a partial refund. We never got an apology even from the owner. I realize things happen. I...

"The Heron House was clean and excellentl located. Only a block from DuVall Street. My issues we're attempting to find unmetered street parking. Parking is $6 an hour unless that 'free' spot is found. The hotel does not provide parking. I know everyone likes something different, but for me, the memory foam mattress remembered too many people. Unless I laid in the middle of the bed, the mattress would give way and roll me to one side or the other. And the pillows were simply flat and hard. Again,...

"Walking distance to Allegiant stadium. Security guard was there until 5am so felt pretty safe. The room was kept clean. Souvenir shop was check in check out place and they kept my bag after check out. After the store closed, the security guard held my bag. I will come back since I don’t have to deal with smoking smell with casino. "

Breakfast is absolutely delicious and the late afternoon snacks were such a delight. I would recommend staying here, close to everything you need and very personalized service.
