"Property was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. We choose an upstairs room (no elevator) with private bath in hall. We are in our 70s and this was not a problem at all. Outstanding continental breakfast each morning with extras plus coffee, tea, hot chocolate and snacks 24/7. Short drive into town. Highly recommend."

"I was very impressed with the hotel- excellent value for money and good location. This is a hsitorical hotel. Does feel dated but has charm. Maybe needs a little more TLC. Howver, the room and bathroom are updated and very comfortable. The quality of the bedding was superb. My bathroom was spacious and the towels full and fluffy. "Forced to get room upstairs. This was ordered in January. The place was dated. The hot tub didn't work right, jets would not kick in!. Late on continental breakfast! It supposed to be a certain time! A lot of staff couldn't speak English! TV didn't work right! Overpriced for a Old dated place!"

"We used to love staying at the Doryman, but sadly this was our last time. The area surrounding the inn is just too noisy. It is surrounded by bars and restaurants that stay open late. Even after they close, people hang out in front of the restaurants and talk loudly into the wee hours of the morning.
