"The hotel and property was absolutely beautiful. The hotel has so many dining options and amazing shopping. Love it!!"

"Paris is really starting to get run down. We were placed in the Versailles Tower which is basically an on old part of Ballys (now Horseshoe). It was a really long walk from the rest of Paris. The rideshare drop off has also moved to the garages so if you are taking that from the airport, be prepared to hoof it through the entire casino to the front check in with your luggage. Housekeeping was a miss. They didn’t show up after repeated calls and the hallways didn’t get cleaned during the weekend. High priced food typical strip food. Pool has a nice view and reasonable prices for cabanas and daybeds. As of now (April 2026) hot tubs are closed for renovation. "

"We had a twin double bed room with a mini sette. It was great as a family of 3 adults and one child. Lots of places to charge our devices and plenty of counter space for the abundance of snacks that we ended up buying in the town centre. Staff were extremely warm and polite. One helped carry my nephew down the lift and into the lobby as he wasn’t feeling well. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we wanted to venture out into the food scene in New York City. But we did use the market downstairs as we were allocated a daily allowance of $15 to use there. But overall, excellent cleanliness and staff. Only regret is not being able to go to the fitness centre as I was tired all day of exploring the city high and low. But it looked great upon first views. "
