"This is an old historic property so there are going to be signs of it's age--but overall it was in good condition. My biggest concerns with the property were the cramped parking available behind the hotel, the very cramped bathroom in my room and the lack of places to plug in electronics. I had to move the mattress on the bed to access an outlet and unplug something so I could plug in my electronics. "The Hotel is like the old railroad hotel it probably used to be except with larger rooms, wonderful amenities, very clean, and comfy bed. Its decor is like the early 1900’s - you’ll enjoy looking at the photos and artifacts. Rosalina served a good breakfast at the street level cafe. There is a large, busy intersection including a train crossing out front but I was not bothered by traffic nor trains (I think 2 came thru.) I had a view of one of the lakes across the street. "My suite was very spacious and clean. The two air conditioners for the large room worked extremely well and I was comfortable the entire trip. All of the staff I encountered were super nice. I even had a mixup with another, similarly named hotel, and the staff here helped me clear it up right away."

"I do not recommend this place we arrived and they said that the breakfast did not start till June 15 so it was just a continental breakfast. Our room was dirty bugs in the bathroom got woken up on our last day when they said we could check out at 12 housekeeping banging on the door would not stay here again do not recommend overpriced for what you get."
