"We stayed there prepandemic. The breakfast then was great. Now it's a bag of stuff hung on the door knob. Staff is not helpful. The place needs some maintensnce. Nice area but we won't be back. Too bad."

"We had a lovely stay at the Hideaway. Our room was the perfect size and simply adorable. It had a mini-fridge, a fireplace and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also nicely appointed and there was good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was outstanding and the host/receptionist/chef was super nice. It was in walking distance to State Street, the Funk Zone and Stearn's Wharf. The parking space was a little tight but that's the only negative thing I can say about this place....

"Wish we could have stayed here longer and enjoyed the view. Great omelette casserole breakfast (for adults), maybe add some kid friendly options like pancakes or waffles or kid cereal (I think there was Raisin Bran there). My child wouldn’t eat anything. Loved the room and front porch view."

"Breakfast was the drawing card here. Its a great continental spread in the coziest decor! Awesome outdoor pool. One minor thing was a very small TV. My 2 roommates like to watch movies at night. We also had to move the sofa bed so at night the open bed didn't block the path to the bathroom but we managed. Would stay here again YES!"
