"Wonderful hotel, very atmospheric with large rooms. Location is decent but parking can be a challenge if it’s busy. Note - this property is from 1834 so has no elevator and is not ADA friendly if you have a walking disability. This is more awareness than a negative since its charm is its age."

"This hotel was so adorable. Beautifully antique. Our room was cozy and the fireplace was warm and inviting. Our view of the ocean from our room was beautiful, and even better from the roof lounge area. Breakfast was lovely. I enjoyed the chia pudding! What a unique and wonderful experience! "

"Location, location, location. We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property which is located just minutes away from everything Gettysburg. We stayed in the Kentucky Suite in the historic Welty House, and it did not disappoint. It was the perfect place for our seven night stay. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to make our visit memorable. The grab-and-go breakfast was a plus. "My stay was fabulous. Only thing I needed was a shower cap. Also - the drain in the bathroom was very slow - if might need a snaking!! Front desk was a delight. I even showed my friend my room and she loved it and will now be using this location to house her guest!!"

"I gave them a 4 because the mattress in our room was sagging terribly, my poor husband was almost rolling off the bed. Property could use a little TLC, but the breakfast was good and the owner was very nice. We would consider staying there again but not the same room "

"The location couldnt have been better for our visit to Harvard. We were within walking distance of everything.Busline and trains were also right near. There are 4 stories and no elevator which was alot with our luggage. The stairs were steep. Breakfast had a nice variety. The rooms were acceptable. The staff was very friendly."

"Wir Wurden Mega süß beim Check in empfangen. Auch ein Check in nach 20 Uhr wäre problemlos möglich gewesen mit Code System. Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Direkt vor dem Zimmer kann man parken. Frühstück wurde bereits im Zimmer fertiggestellt. Einige Kommentare finden es zu wenig aber wir fanden es ausreichend. Notfalls kann man einen Abend zuvor beim Walmart (15 min mit dem Auto) einkaufen. Wir sind früh am Morgen weiter Richtung Death Valley gefahren. "

"The room was very clean. Very cozy. Reminded me of a cabin but with all the modern commodities. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a rainfall shower head that would make you look forward to just standing under it after a long day of “tasting” wine. The views from the bathroom and balcony were amazing. Absolutely gorgeous sunrises seeing the sun pass over top of the mountain peaks and then seeing the reflection of the sunset on the very same peaks. Very quiet...
