"Room was clean. However, I felt the room doors were not very secured. My room was next to the alley, and I noticed that that back fence was never locked. Anyone could just walk in from outside. Don't get me wrong, the area was pretty quiet - not sketchy at all. The place is beautiful, breakfast was great. The Staff was awesome. Parking was a bit tight. You are good if you are parking a small vehicle; however, trying to park an SUV or truck was very difficult. Overall, I would stay...

"Excellent place for couples. Quaint, quiet, and comfortable. They put a lot of TLC into maintaining a clean space and amenities. Small quirky things like squeaky floorboards should be expected, as this place is very old, but well maintained. 5/5 Would stay again in the future."

"Well the room was ok shower was tiny kitchenette was small,the internet kept freezing up,the outside areas were dirty and seemed to be not maintained at all,looked abandoned ,BBQs dirty not sanitary for use didnt look ready for use...when i booked it it said free breakfast and a video of a nightly fire pit outside hosted by the owners,non of that is available,very over priced for no usable amenities or breakfast.would not recommended or book again."

"Under new ownership has the kitchen open to guests at all hours. NIce tho some guests cook and dont wash their dishes and no one on site to supervise it. I put way dishes from the staff baking muffins early in the day and wiped counters and tied up a full to the brim garbage can. I like the access to kitchen and common area but not if area is not monitored. Room was clean as usual and comfortable and well decorated. NO hot water for morning shower in upstairs room tho."

"Gorgeous property The staff works so hard to keep it beautiful. Everyone is very nice. Refrigerator in room and ice and water machine available 24 hours with microwave. Beautiful spa/pool with amazing jets. Nice sitting area with plenty of room to gather and beautiful handmade tables. Gate lock at dark so very safe feeling. Love this place and it will be my forever go to in Key West!"
