"Excellent stay! Great location! Great staff!"

"Pro: great location, easy check in and check out, friendly staff. Con: dingy carpet and floor; poor noise insulation from neighboring rooms and hallway. I recommend requesting a room on the upper 4th floor and away from the stairs to minimize noise of people going in/out and up/down at all hours, especially because the shared bathrooms are in the hallway."

"My flight got canceled and I booked this very last minute. The front desk guy was extremely helpful and the breakfast in the morning was great!"

"The Hostess at the wine and cheese hour was very kind and helpful. That was the only time we saw anyone! The house is divided into separate areas and we were in the oldest part. The bed was comfortable, bathroom nice, amenities nice but wouldn’t book again because of the very narrow and steep stairs. My husband is 80, hauling luggage up those kind of stairs is dangerous. That would be the only reason not to return."

"The location and room were very good. Only complaint was that the fan in the bathroom was so loud you could barely stand it. Outside of that everything was quite nice."

"We stay at the Campbell House frequently and are always greeted on the phone or by front desk with kindness. That in itself is appreciated. We are well cared at CH. The rooms are very clean and a safe B&B. . A complementary glass of wine is really nice at the end of a long day. The breakfast and coffee are wonderful. It never gets old even though we’re frequently there. KDB"
