"Great location & great people "

"the property reminded us of a bed and breakfast!! We were wondering how clean it would be because it allows dogs (which was why we stayed there with our lab) and there was no smell of dogs and it was kept very clean! We would stay again, even without our dog! The staff was nice and helpful too!! One suggestion from my husband to put in a waffle maker in the breakfast area, but overall the breakfast bar had everything And was fresh and yummy! "

"Have stayed there many times and this time the room was nice but the noise outside was not good. The street had a broken drain cover that was really loud every time someone drove over it. The room had a twin bed that was a little small for two people. "

"If you want to lounge at the beach all day, stay at one of the beach hotels, but if you want to be in the thick of things, with dozens of shops, restaurants, bars, and night life, there's absolutely no place better than Florida House. It's a historic Inn, and literally on the walking and trolley tours as a place of interest on the island. "Clean and comfortable, great tub"

"Nice quiet little hotel just off of Main St. The free breakfast buffet included in the stay was great. Not your average free continental breakfast like most of the other corporate hotel properties offer. They make fresh pancakes, breakfast potatoes with peppers and onions and great scrambled eggs with some ground sausage mixed in which was delicious! I would absolutely stay again. Super friendly staff that also quickly handled a little issue I had with my room after checking in. "
