"The staff at the front desk were wonderful—very welcoming and cheerful. We also appreciated the complimentary vouchers for the university-made ice cream and for breakfast the next morning. We didn't have a chance to eat breakfast because we had to be on the road so early but look forward to maybe trying it another time. "We stayed in a room with a bathroom in it as we preferred that over a shared bathroom. The room was right off the lobby but it was not noisy at all. The room was spacious with a small table and 2 chairs. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure but it did drip when not in use. "La chambre était propre correctement. Le matelas très désuet c'est probablement la chose que je n'ai pas aimé, malgré qu'on a réussi à dormir. Nous étions sur l'étage du front desk et le téléphone fixe sonnait à des heures tardives ce qui nous réveillait et c'était difficile de se rendormir car il a sonné à maintes reprises. Peut -etre serait-il bien de fermer la sonnerie comme personne est au front desk à ces heures. Sinon, les déjeuners sont parfaits car on a droit à des oeufs , saucisses et...

"The Eagle Inn was a very quaint and friendly property. The staff was accommodating. They have free breakfast that was excellent. They also have outside areas for lounging and even an area for smokers. Walking distance to the beach. I would absolutely visit this property again."

"We had a fantastic stay. The reason for not giving five stars on everything was that the small strip of grass designated for allowing dogs to relieve themselves had so much dog poop on it it was difficult to walk without stepping in it. The poop bag dispenser was empty. We had our own poop bags and picked up after our dog and a few others we could fit in the same bag but much more clean up was needed. Other than that one issue we loved staying at Heritage Inn."
