"What a beautiful place ! Staff was very helpful and professional! The room was clean and met all of our needs ! Parking was secure and easy and the morning started off prefect with a great sit down breakfast ! You are right next door to IU Campus and within walking distance of just about anything there ! Highly recommend staying here ."

"Small but clean rooms. It is on a busy street so you might be subjected to the noise from the restaurant that shares the neighboring yard. All in all a decent stay except for the breakfast which was typical “continental” meaning minimal at best but there is no eating area so you are sitting on antique furniture and if you’re there on the 4th of July (like us) you’ll be taking this meal back to your room due to every chair/ couch being used by the other guests."

"The staff was very welcoming and room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise. The only thing we’d change is adding black-out curtains because the sunrise is rather bright through the shutters."

"Overall, it was a very good stay. The only negative was I rented a two bedroom and all they had was an old school air conditioner in the main living room area. There was no air-conditioning in either of the bedrooms and it got excruciatingly hot at night."

"Location was off the beat and had a nice view. Appreciated the breakfast bar. The hot items looked like it was made in house. Appreciated the coffee. The bed was not all that comfortable and the pillows were small and weak. The towels were super soft tho."
