"The rooms and beds were comfortable though the bathroom was tiny and hard to turn around in. Breakfast was a bunch of pre- packaged sweets and overly sugared " juices". Bagels, artificially sweetened yogurt, industry boiled eggs.Meh. Staff was ok except at 10 pm when a party was very loud, drunk, swearing in the hallway, sla.ming doors and generally disturbing the other guests.2 Nights on a row.Staff acted like we were jerks when we asked them to quiet them down.I believe staff had family there...

"Great value for Portland. The old building is in very good condition. The bed was comfortable and there is off street parking on site. My room was spacious and I enjoyed the genuine Tiffany lamps in the lobby."

"Our family of 4 just returned from a weekend at the Beachliner. The location can’t be beat, just a few houses in from the pristine Ocean Grove beach. There are ample sitting areas, from the front yard and porch to multiple decks, some with ocean views. Our room was #12, on the third floor. Our window looked out onto the back deck, which was a 5 foot walk from our room and felt like our own outdoor space. The room wasn’t huge but was large enough for our family; with comfy beds and fresh towels...

"Having the parking included with stay was a plus. Also a lovely perk to have free drink tickets for the bar next door. Truly such a fun atmosphere - would stay here again for this unique experience."
