"I think that this is a very nice hotel that is conveniently located to getting to the Old Port area and downtown. The rooms are nice. The only issue is my room was on third floor and there's no elevator. I didn't have a problem, but if you have problems then you may want to request a first floor room. "I was in mammoth for 2 nights and I stayed in room 12 on the second floor. it was ok, but I cannot recommend it to anyone. One of the towel in the bathroom has a big black stain, obviously not clean. Sheets and bedding obviously look used. There were few ants on bed on day 1. "I was very impressed with the hotel- excellent value for money and good location. This is a hsitorical hotel. Does feel dated but has charm. Maybe needs a little more TLC. "I do not recommend this place we arrived and they said that the breakfast did not start till June 15 so it was just a continental breakfast. Our room was dirty bugs in the bathroom got woken up on our last day when they said we could check out at 12 housekeeping banging on the door would not stay here again do not recommend overpriced for what you get."
