Umi & Nina were wonderful & called for most of our taxis (aside from the ones when we were already out). "From arriving to leaving the staff where very attentive very polite nothing was a problem can not fault the staff or hotel as a whole a 2min walk from the bustle of the night market and a 15min taxi ride to the main shopping area (central festival) the food in the hotel restaurant was very nice and reasonably priced would highly recommend staying here 5star experience "
