"The breakfast was great! The staff was professional and courteous. Parking was convenient and felt safe. The only think I was disappointed in was that the pool was closed due to mechanical difficulties. I believe when that happens a refund of some minimal amount should be offered. When I booked the pool supposedly had no problems."

"Beautiful hotel to stay. Breakfast was delicious, the pool was lovely and warm, and the staff were very friendly. The room was beautiful and spacious and the bed very comfy. They only thing I didnt like was that we had to pay $15 for parking. I only stayed ine night."

"Overall, I really liked this hotel. It was extremely clean, all the staff were very helpful (especially Kim!), and the location was perfect. For anyone unfamiliar with the area, it's 5 minutes from the mall and other stores, right across the street from the Barn and the diner, right next to Dunkin Donuts, 30 minutes from the airport and American Dream mall and less than an hour to the city (depending on traffic). I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in the area."

"The lampshade near the bed was broken and hanging off the frame. There was no working phone in the room to call the desk. When had to change rooms because in the first room the television didn’t work and again no phone. No one ever checked to see if we needed more towels. We were there for 4 days and never saw a sold. I would not recommend. It has not been kept up. It was nice at one time but I think it changed hands"

Also there were stains on the cushions on the couch I also realized we were sneezing a lot in the room first thought were it must have been a dog in there. "Bathroom was clean but toilet did not flush well. Beds were comfortable and clean but carpeting was dirty, sheets and duvet had holes in them, all in all the place needed to be more carefully cleaned!!! On the highway 46, trees and brush needs to be cut down so the entrance is visible. If you miss the entrance, there is a LONG way to go to try to get back to hotel. Towels were clean but frayed and very used. Outside of hotel just needs to be cleaned well. No trash around but not well cleaned....
