"Location is great and it's close to old town. The challenge is that it's very hard to find parking in the area even for paid parking and the roads are narrow making it hard to get out once you are inside and no parking space are found. The owner is very prompt in replying to questions and facilities that needed adjustment. Please note that it is on 1st floor and there is no elevator so guests with mobility issue may find this a challenge."

"The hotel rooms are quite old and run down. Our room had stains on the carpet and problems with the air con I wouldn't say it was 5 star. We also heard noise from the DJ and music festival until the early hours as the room wasn't insulated well. Which is a shame as the pool/ spa and restaurant are all get and the wait staff we very nice"

"We had a wonderful stay. The location and views were excellent, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to visit and dine. They even insisted on carrying our bags to our room, providing thoughtful service without any expectation of a tip. They also offer convenient off-site parking at a reasonable price, about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. We would gladly stay here again."

"Great stay. Like the location. We focused mainly in the Riva area but it was close to the highway which is also useful for us since we drove. It was away from thicker traffic and we ubered to the Old town to avoid parking headache. Fare was usually 5-7 EU. Not bad for 7 to 10 min drive. Interior was nice, pool area was great. Room was clean. Housekeeping was attentive. I recommend this place for a stay in Split. The location worked well for our need."
