I wish I remembered the name of a lovely lady who checked us in. We checked in on 14 June 2026. Really helpful, warm & welcoming. Provided us with tips on great restaurants, places to visit. Accommodation was amazing, close to shops, promenade, restaurants, trams. Perfect!! Highly recommended for families, couples etc. you can’t go wrong !

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel. Pros: Great location near shopping/old town. Hotel staff very attentive. Rooms clean and well maintained. Cons: Repairs/scaffolding underway create noise and visual impairment out windows. Pigeons (birds) are in the walls/ceilings of several rooms... they have penetrated through the roof or air vents (noise). Bathroom shower stall very small and shower floor dangerously slippery. Neutral: Breakfast buffet good at fair price, but scrambled eggs are really a mix of eggs and milk (horrible taste).

It’s a good basic hotel in the golden triangle- great location. We had to switch rooms as there was construction outside and our windows had tarp over them, but staff was excellent in getting us to a new room with unobstructed windows. Really no amenities, other than a coffee/espresso and water machine in lobby and there is a breakfast.

Hotel bonito pero... habitación oscura sin luz y sin ventilación. Retrete a la altura de jugadores de baloncesto, hizo miy incómoda nuestra estancia el tener que hacer nuestras necesidades con dificultad y los pies colgando. Obras ruidosas, con sucios andamios y olores tóxicos; entiendo que fue transitorio, pero esos días el precio debería haber sido menos de la mitad, y haber al menos tenido gestos como regalar el desayuno (no basta con poner una nota de excusa en el ascensor). El hotel tiene mucho potencial, pero no está bien pensado.
