"This wasn’t actually a hotel, which I failed to realize. It’s an apartment building right in the old town. The location was right in the middle of everything and the apartment was very spacious. Since we were only staying one night I think a more traditional hotel with a lobby and staff would have worked better for us. There is also no parking at the apartment. "Giovanni was very friendly and let us arrive on our schedule and check in early and leave a little late. It was very nice because I was only here for one day searching for records of my family history. My great-grandmother was born in Bolognetta and it was really nice place to stay close to the church and the municipal archive of the town."
