"As others mention, the property itself could do with some renovation which means it doesn't feel perfectly clean and modern. However, the staff are very friendly and the stay was half-board with an excellent variety of food options (including most Bulgarian classics based on our internet searches) and a I think something for everyone. "Tolles Aparthotel, sehr nettes Personal, persönliche Betreuung, tolles Essen. Wir haben einen erholsamen Urlaub genossen. Borovetz ist im Sommer zum Wandern empfehlenswert sowie das schöne Hotel."

"The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe. I won’t recommend it "

"Lovely hotel, very personal. A little walk up to the ski fields - good exercise! Would have liked to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee. Would be happy to stay there again."
