"Rapporto Qualità prezzo può andare . Una Persona alla reception mi risponde ai problemi solo dopo aver chiamato per telefono il responsabile. Televisione non funzionate invece di risolvere il problema mi dice non possiamo farci nulla e di non aveva camere disponibile per cambiare . Quando ho rifatto il trolley per andare via e chiedere il rimborso un'altra lunga telefonata con il responsabile e mi cambia la camera "

"The room was very small. It reminded me of a tiny room in New York. There was hardly anywhere to put luggage and toiletries. I could just barely roll my luggage between the bed and the wall. It was a tight squeeze. We also weren’t in a very nice area…we had a homeless lady approach us just outside the hotel doors and followed us inside insisting she see our documents (which would never happen). The receptionist was great."

"Really nice and spacious apartment! Everything worked as expected and every room had its own AC that kept us chill while it was 35 degrees outside. For breakfast and late night we could enjoy sitting outside on the private terrace. Smooth check-in and the staff was very kind and easy to communicate with!"

"The property was in a good location and was easy to get to the Metro. I felt it was a safe area. It was also close to the Duomo and shopping areas. Also, the staff were beyond excellent at the hotel. They were always friendly, warm and helpful. The nicest people!!!
