"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Krone Heritage. A special thank you to Yasmin and Adeeb for their amazing service and hospitality. We stayed for one night to be closer to Sarajevo Airport for our early morning flight. The room was spacious, and the free on site parking was a great plus. Although the AC wasn’t working, we were able to open the windows for a comfortable stay. Since we had to leave before breakfast was served, the staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for us, which we truly...

"Stayed just for one night. It was a very good stay"

"Exceptional customer service. Great value."

"Nothing good at all."

"Very disappointed!! Room was very old and used up and had stains on bed sheets! Bathroom had extremely scratched faucet, shower door wasn’t sealing and water was coming out while showering, shower floor was banding underneath my feet, drain cover was completely loose, pieces of toilet paper laying on the tiles and had small flies flying from toilet seat. Hotel doesn’t have any wending machines!"

"Fabulous modern large villas with 5 large bedrooms all bedrooms with private on suites (bathrooms), large lounge room, well equipped kitchen and superb 5 star hotel linen, and to top it all off exceptional clean and well maintained - with only a 15 minute drive into the heart of Sarajevo centre, yet surrounded by mountains and greenery, a total relaxation concept."

"the employees were very rude"

"The spa was phenomenal with deep pool, sauna, steam room, and hit tube. I have never seen such an excellent spa. Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. Even had a breakfast to go."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the center of Stari Grad Sarajevo (Old Town) with a walking distance of 2 minutes to the bazaar (Baščaršija). The hotel is well maintained and modernized. The staff at the reception is super friendly and very helpful in finding the best places for dining. The breakfast was definitely a plus to get your day started just right. The rooms looked just like their own pictures. We stayed on the third floor and the views we had both in the morning and around...

"Super helpful and friendly staff, great room and breakfast made me very happy."

"I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels and apartments, but I can honestly say that I have rarely experienced an apartment as clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained as yours. The bed, pillows, bedding, and the overall comfort and atmosphere of the apartment deserve a 10+ rating! Everything was absolutely perfect, and I truly felt at home. I will definitely be returning in the future, and I will happily recommend your accommodation to all my friends and family."

"An Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service and Wonderful Staff! Our employees had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied with their overall experience. From the moment they arrived, they were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant environment, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service delivered by the staff. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, ensuring that our...

"Very good hotel"

"Rent værelse, venligt personale og gode faciliteter "

"We spent 3 comfortable nights in the apartment. They are recently renovated, so everything is new and works well. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We made breakfast each morning. The shower is spacious and hot. The location can't be beat. It's an easy to walk to the sites in the old city, restaurants and the river. But it's also very quiet. Parking is convenient, once you know where it is and how it works. In our case, Melisa was super helpful, going with us to the parking garage...
