"The staff was AWESOME! And the room was always as clean as a whistle!!! One of the best things that the water pressure was fantastic! And the AC was outstanding! Ayda from housekeeping was super professional very thorough with her work and accommodating. If I ever visit Bosnia again without a doubt I'll be staying at Malak! Breakfast was great with a variety of options."

"Property is up to the hill, so if you like walking, hiking it’s going to be great. You can also always use taxi. Our apartment was big and clean. A/C seems that don’t work well, but we were there in September, middle of the month so didn’t bother us but not sure how bad could be in the really warm months."

"I am not sure the staff are helpful, I asked the receptionist about taxi to airport next day, and how much will cost me roughly she said 60 euro that is 120 marks, I challenged her because on arrival to Sarajevo it costed me 50 marks only, so I arranged my own taxi next day costed me 40 marks only (20 euros). This was an example"

"The location was great, right near Latin Bridge and Old Town. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful, and the staff were all very helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. I would easily stay here again."
