"We booked this property for my Mother’s 80th birthday celebration. The whole family was able to stay at one location to enjoy fossil rim, dinosaur valley and dinners in Fort Worth and locally. The property is immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grounds were astounding a beautiful. We hiked, used the giant game barn, the hot tub and the comfortable sitting areas. Plenty of bathrooms and space for 10 people. Instructions and communication was perfect. Strongly recommend this...

"Very disappointed in this rental company. We didn’t stay. A surprise visit from our daughter and she wanted to join us in Waco to see her brother play. So 4 days out we asked to cancel because the space could not accommodate a third person. We were ignored by the property owner but 2 other management people said no, you can’t. "They need to update the address because that address does not take you to the cabins I got lost with the address they gave me. Also the power went out twice in only my cabin on our second day there Amos fixed it promptly and promised me a discount on my stay because of this among other issues I had I still have not received my refund yet. Also the pullout out in the front room was broke and the mattress was dirty and the airbed had a hole in it also the sheet for the pullout looked dirty but...
