"Beautiful views in a town high up surrounded by grapes. Friendly owner didn't speak English but managed to show us where to park. The most memorable part of the experience was the restaurant downstairs - excellent, local dishes. One of the best meals we had in Italy. Waiter shaved truffles onto our pasta!"
"Most amazing meals! Great value! The hair dryer and electric outlets were not great but we managed. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Very clean considering it's age. The wine list is out of this world. Top notch Chef Carlo wears tons of hats with total elegance. He is a fantastic sommelier, host, chef, bell hop, concierge etc etc. Such fabulous personal service. With a number of high quality restaurants in the area, there are plenty of options to taste some of the excellent local foods. We did not try the hotel's own restaurant, apart from breakfast (which was excellent).
All the staff were extremely helpful and the rooms are very spacious and tastefully appointed.
