"First we rented a roof that had a handicapped accessible restroom. When we arrived the room was unavailable they said bc of a water leak. So we were stuck in a room with a bathroom the size of a closet. Not wheelchair friendly at all. The good part was the service to try and replace the room was excellent and the people working there very helpful and nice. The room was nice and clean so I'll give it that. The hallways going to the rooms are not clean however. But keys worked the inside and...

"I'm an entertainer with the band Floyd Live and have stayed at this hotel many times. Staff is always friendly, grounds are always clean and the rooms are always neat, tidy and comfortable. The noon checkout is very accommodating as we are always late night arrivers. "

"The room was very rundown. Expedia over charged me $66.16 and I won’t be using Expedia anymore. To many other sites that won’t overcharge you."

"We were so appreciative of the free breakfast amenities, the cleanliness of our room and most important, that there was an indoor pool available. My granddaughter and my son needed a weekend away and her biggest love is swimming. This made all of that possible!"

"Pool was closed due to renovations but that’s okay because we didn’t have time to utilize it anyway. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were more than accommodating…above and beyond for us in a few instances. Breakfast was great and there was access to water, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day and night. It was a very nice surprise when I came back from being in the cold and wind all day to a hot cup of tea! Will definitely stay there again!!"
