"Stayed here for a weekend in April so we could explore Salem. The hotel is located 5 from downtown and located across the street from a Dunkin and Convenience Store. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and there are fire pits on the grounds. "

"There was not a breakfast menu. The room was nasty, my queen bed had a king fitted sheet. After the sevens day housekeeping did not change it just tucked it under. It looked like they had been tucked up like that for awhile. The blow dryer plug was broke, I had asked the front desk if that could be replaced. It wasn’t I had to call the front desk when i got back to the room. When we arrived we felt like more of an inconvenience and not paying guests. They did not mention there was a restaurant,...

"best hotel I’ve stayed at, very accommodating as well. Everything is accessible and it is so beautiful. Especially the spa ! Views from my room were great and I loved that staff give you recommendations on attractions / restaurants around town. 10/10 , would go again !"

"Breakfast was okay. Honestly a little disappointing in terms of quality. And it was super crowded. Valet was exceptional. We went in and out a couple times and each time was quick and staff were kind. Our room was clean. Housekeeping came by the second day kind of late (I was hoping they’d come in while we were out) but they still got us what we needed. "

"There is not one thing I can think of to complain about! From the ease of check in, to the cleanliness of the room , to the great bar and restaurant on premise. And the location! Everything we wanted to do was within a 10 minute walk. Definitely would recommend. "
