The grounds are well kept. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The building itself is tired. The kitchenette had no utensils and only paper cups. Also the hot plate didn’t have a place to plug in. The fridge and microwave worked though and that’s all we needed. Just a heads up in case you need more. They had a variety of breakfast options that are included. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, muffins etc. For the price, we were happy.

The hotel location is walkable to transit. The room cleanliness was very poor, it needed a deep cleaning.The room was old and in need up repair. There was no sound barrier between rooms. The noise from the rooms above kept me awake during the night and early morning. There was a bed sheet and coverlette on the bed but no blanket. The room temperature was 56C during the night. Overall not a comfortable stay.

We stayed only one night for a wedding at a nearby venue. Great value for less than $300/night in the city on a Friday. Staff was great and bed was comfy.

It’s a Motel, not a hotel. Dirty room with gnats. Retiree in the lobby barking at staff and snapping at guests was awkward.

The room and property were all fine, cookies and infused water in the lobby were nice. The only reason to not give it 5 stars is that i would not want people to think they were in a luxury location. It is an immaculate and quiet room in the city where there isn't a lot of space around it. Rooms open to the parking. Definitely at least 4.5 states

This is a filthy old nasty hotel..the room smelled like urine and the mattress was stained. DO NOT stay here, it is not worth it!! The Boston Hotel needs to be torn down and totally renovated before charging folks another penny!
