Provided Microwave Oven also helps a lot!
Staff's responses are also very fast.
But have following for improvement:
1) need to check the Safe lock, have requested 3 times to fix it in 6-day stay
2) forget to pass the hotel restaurant coupon for our usage, we need to remind Bristro Bar to specially handle it
3) forget to refill the teabags, I am not a...
