Absolutely shocked to arrive and discover that for almost 400 per night there was no bathroom in the hotel room and that I had to use a common bathroom. There were bags of garbage outside our window. Disappointed there was no high tea served while touting high tea in a book for sale at the front desk. No mini bar in the room. Requires room service.
