"This is a brand new hotel. My husband and I liked the cleanliness and its quiet location. However, no one was present at the check-in counter when we arrived in the morning to leave our luggage. Then, same thing happened when we came back to check-in later that day. We had to wait several minutes twice. Both staff apologized and were very helpful and nice though. They cleaned up the room on the 2nd day and all the towels disappeared when returned. The next day, we returned to an uncleaned room...

"Sleepless night. The back of the hotel faces active train tracks. Many complaints about the night long extremely loud noise from trains coming through. Makes it nearly impossible to sleep!!! The hotel promotes a "new level of relaxation." What you will be doing is cursing under breath at the ridiculously load train noises right outside your window. My wife and I woke up exhausted from a sleepless night. A waste of money if you can't sleep while paying for a hotel."
