When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. He also told us that we need to change room again the next day. We asked for a refund since at that point there was no room available for us and the staff said he can’t refund. "Sound proofing of the rooms need to be greatly improved. Our rooms were upgraded 1 tier to the Superior Queen. These rooms come with balcony facing the main streets which are extremely noisy even during the wee hours as there are cars and bikes with modified exhaust zooming by. It could be as simple as replacing the old wooden door leading to the balcony with ones that are properly sealed."
