"The staff were extremely accommodating. We had travel issues and arrived a day late. Our room was still available even though this was graduation time and all hotels were booked. The bathroom shower could use some TLC and a thorough cleaning. Breakfast the first morning was sparse as I don't think they were ready for so many guests. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center were great. The location was very convenient to the interstate making it easy to see the Seattle area."

"Clean room and safe location"

"At check-in, I was notified that rooms are only cleaned every other day. Two days into my stay, there were ants crawling all over the floor. I notified the front desk who did offer to let me move rooms. Given how late the night was, I let them know I had killed the ants, but requested that the room be deep cleaned. I was told it would be deep-cleaned the next day. That day I worked 12 hours and had to bring my dinner back to the room. The room had not been cleaned. The hotel staff did let me...

"Helpful staff. Quiet. Maintenance requests went unaddressed for a month. Service occurred usually on 14thday but I ended up buying my own mop and broom and did best I was able even being ill and disabled. Otherwise restful."

"Free parking and a half decent continental breakfast with boiled eggs, oatmeal, yummy, chocolate, croissants, bananas, and Yoplait yogurt. The location is phenomenal and if you just need a halfway decent bed to sleep on in a great location for a phenomenal price, this is the hotel for you. If you're a Primadonna and I need a fancy bed or big room, look elsewhere."
