"The minute I/we walked in, we were in awe. Very bright and well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable. The view into the garden was breathtaking. The staff, were all genuinely friendly, thoughtful and helpful. The breakfast buffet was perfect, and always plentiful. Endless cups of beverages. The bartenders, in the evening, were helpful to provide the relaxation that came in the favorite drink. The location of Hotel Orto Dell Medici is conveniently out of heavy tourist traffic but...

"All the hotel staff was incredibly nice. And the hotel itself is beautiful! My partner and i walked, yes walked, everyday to the city center - do not recommend as an everyday thing ! - and Villa Neroli was a nice place to come “home” to after an adventurous day! "
